Smoking: Absolutely no smoking in the home, on the balconies, or the front patio. Pets: No pets will enter the unit. Emotional Support Animals are legally considered a pet and NOT allowed under ADA guidelines. Parties/Events: No parties or events allowed. Damages: Guests responsible for all damage. Compliance: Guests will follow local laws and regulations. Falsified Reservations: Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of all advance payments and deposits. Rental Agreement Acceptance: By making a payment, you voluntarily accept and understand the Terms & Conditions of the Rental Agreement and Waiver of Liability (Terms & Conditions in the Footer and in the Payment Section). ***The Tenant/Guest/Renter, for the purposes of this agreement, is both the principal for himself or her and the agent for all persons using the rental property under the terms of this agreement. It is the duty of the renter to publish and communicate the terms of the agreement to all people who will use the rental property.
